At Honey Way, the journey to pure, natural honey begins long before it reaches the jar. It starts with the people and places behind every drop — the dedicated beekeepers, the biodiverse regions of Ukraine, and the commitment to ethical, transparent sourcing.
Our sourcing philosophy is built around direct relationships, full traceability, and a deep respect for both the bees and the land.
We believe that quality starts at the source — and that’s why we work only with trusted, long-term partners across the country.
We source our honey exclusively from Ukrainian apiaries — partnering with beekeepers located in ecologically clean regions such as: Kirovohrad, Mykolaiv, Chernihiv, Kharkiv, Cherkasy, Sumy, Dnipro, Poltava, Vinnytsia, Kyiv
Traceability from Hive to Jar
Each honey delivery undergoes incoming testing in our laboratory before entering production. If the sample doesn’t meet our standards — for moisture, HMF, pollen spectrum, or antibiotic residue — it is rejected, not blended.
Our team maintains long-term, transparent contracts with beekeeping partners and regularly visits apiaries to ensure they meet our ethical and environmental standards. We avoid suppliers who use antibiotics or artificial feeding, ensuring our honey remains raw, pure, and unadulterated.
