BEHIND THE SCENES:
OUR PRODUCTION PROCESS

We work with trusted beekeepers across Ukraine’s honey-producing regions, known for their rich soils, exceptional quality, and ecological purity.

INCOMING INSPECTION

Upon arrival at our production facility, every batch undergoes strict incoming quality control to ensure absolute purity — free from antibiotics and fully traceable to the individual beekeeper. Batches that do not meet our standards are returned to suppliers with clear, constructive feedback on reason of rejection. Only after passing the first inspection the production process begin.

PROCESSING

We gently decrystallize honey and slowly homogenize it in large tanks without applying unnecessary heat — just smooth, light processing. This keeps honey’s natural structure intact while allowing it to be easily poured into drums or buckets. During this stage, it is also lightly filtered to remove wax and other naturally occurring particles, ensuring a clean, attractive appearance while preserving its authenticity.

FINAL STAGE

After processing, honey is checked again in our in-house laboratory for organoleptic, physicochemical parameters, antibiotics, adulteration, and pollen profiles. When required, a third verification is carried out in German laboratories like Intertek, Eurofins, QSI. This triple-layered quality control guarantees that every drop we deliver meets the highest global standards — from every beekeeper to every customer.
